OTHER TOUR Co., Ltd. runs without member sign-up and collects only what a booking or inquiry needs.

1. What we collect and why

• Inquiry: name, email, phone, message — to reply and quote
• Booking: name, date of birth, passport details (overseas trips), phone, emergency contact — flights, hotels, insurance and contract performance
• Payment records are kept by the payment gateway; we store only the approval result.

2. Retention

• Inquiries: deleted within 90 days after reply
• Bookings: deleted within 90 days after the trip ends, except records that Korean e-commerce law requires us to keep (contracts and payments, 5 years), which are stored separately

3. Sharing

Shared only with airlines, hotels, local partner guides and insurers to the extent needed for your trip. For overseas trips this includes transfer to partners abroad, notified at booking.

4. Your rights

Request access, correction, deletion or suspension at hello@othertour.com.
