Terms
Terms
Draft. Based on the Korea Fair Trade Commission standard terms for overseas and domestic travel; finalized after legal review before launch.
1. Contract
The travel contract consists of the booking confirmation, these terms and the itinerary. OTHER TOUR Co., Ltd. issues a booking number with a payment deadline (24 hours by default). The contract is formed when the full price is paid within that deadline; otherwise the booking is cancelled automatically.
2. Price
Prices are per person in Korean won and cover the items listed under "What's included". If carrier or hotel charges change by 5% or more, or the applied exchange rate by 2% or more, either party may request an adjustment within that range. Any increase is notified at least 15 days before departure.
3. Changes to the trip
The itinerary can change only when both parties agree for safety reasons, or when natural disaster, war, government order or strikes make the purpose of the trip impossible. We ask for written consent before the affected day begins and settle any price difference within 10 days after the trip.
4. Cancellation before departure
Either party may cancel before departure. Compensation follows the Korean consumer dispute resolution standards shown in the cancellation table for each trip. No compensation is due for cancellation caused by force majeure, illness that makes travel impossible, death of a close relative, hospitalisation of a spouse or direct family member, or entry bans and level 3–4 travel alerts issued after booking.
5. Minimum group size
If the minimum group size is not met we notify you at least 7 days before departure (24–48 hours for trips within Korea) and refund in full. Later notice entitles you to additional compensation under the standard terms.
6. Liability
We are liable for damage caused intentionally or negligently by us, our staff or local partners from departure to return, including damage from transport delays and baggage loss unless we prove the absence of fault. Defects may be claimed within 6 months after the trip ends.
7. Traveler duties
Travelers prepare their own passports, visas and entry permits, and follow the guide's safety instructions.
8. Governing text
These terms are based on the Korea Fair Trade Commission standard terms for overseas and domestic travel. The Korean text prevails.
