Frequently asked questions

How we differ from ordinary tours, how booking and refunds work. The questions we hear most.

This isn't travel that checks off a list of sights — it's travel that steps into a day in the life of that city's people. With a local guide, you experience scenes that are hard to book on your own: a market, a local home, a resident's boat, an evening alley. Groups are kept small, usually 2 to 8 people.
No. The itinerary on the site is only a skeleton. The order and locations change on the ground depending on weather, the group's energy, and interests. Tell us your preferences during the pre-departure consultation and we'll adjust accordingly.
No account needed — pick a departure date, enter your traveler details, and you'll get a booking number that holds your seats for 24 hours. Pay the full amount by card or bank transfer within that window to confirm. There's no separate deposit system.
We follow the Korea Fair Trade Commission's consumer dispute resolution standards. For overseas trips, cancellations up to 30 days before departure are fully refunded; after that, 10–50% is deducted depending on timing. You can check the cancellation/refund table on each tour page and the estimated refund on the booking lookup page. If the agency cancels, it's a full refund.
Yes. You'll join a small group departing the same day, and you can choose the single-room supplement during booking.
Yes. Our Seoul, Busan, and Jeju itineraries run with English, Japanese, or Chinese-speaking guides, and can be booked the same way from the English, Japanese, or Chinese pages.
Basic travel insurance is included in most itineraries. Check each tour's 'What's included' section to confirm.
